Built from cement tube forms and Smooth-on’s Free Form AIR

Design

Built for the elven room, the trees serve as puzzle components and decoration within the room. Built off site, and kid friendly, the material choice was important.

Initial stamp of mold into freeform AIR

The use of the tree bark mold allowed us to quickly create multiple trees with consistent but still varied results
I’m really happy with how these look, and especially happy with how efficient the process was, and how lightweight they were to transport
